Over the weekend of Friday, May 15 through Sunday, May 17, 2026, aCinema will present a spring screening series featuring six programs, at Woodland Pattern. Two of the six programs will be curated from works submitted through the aDifferent Program open call.

We invite makers working in experimental short-form film and video to submit works for consideration. Works should have a completion date within the last two years and be under fifteen minutes in total length. We do not have any restrictions or requirements for premiere status, so please send us any work you wish for us to consider. Screening artists will be paid a modest screening fee.

Submissions will close on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 and final programming decisions will be announced by mid-March. We look forward to receiving your work for the first aCinema summer screening series!
