Calling all filmmakers, video-makers, and moving image artists! We are now accepting submissions for our 13th annual New Year/New Work festival. The festival will take place at The Film-Makers' Cooperative screening room over two evenings: Thursday, May 7th, and Friday, May 8th, at 7pm.

As with previous years, submissions are open to all who would like to share their work, regardless of Coop membership status. **However, please note that if your work is selected for the festival, it will be placed into the Coop's collection.**

Works of all genres, categories, run times, and formats (16mm, video, digital) are eligible for consideration. However, please note that works with shorter run times (generally 5-15 minutes) are more likely to be selected due to programmatic limitations. We want to showcase as many artists as possible, and it is easier for us to program a larger number of shorter works, as opposed to a smaller number of longer works. As the festival is focused on new work, we will also prioritize work completed within the previous calendar year.
