    The CALL FOR ENTRIES for the 19th edition of the Videonale is open and we cordially invite artists and filmmakers, distributors, universities and galleries worldwide to submit their works for the competition.

    The VIDEONALE.19 competition is open to all types of experimental time-based artistic works - single and multi-channel video, video installations, performances, sound art and virtual reality.

    The Kodama Film Festival was conceived as a means of emulating a sense of earthly reverberation, by finding creative voices that would meaningfully reflect the wonder of the natural world onto contemporary society.

    The brief for submissions is as broad as nature is vast; to present short, feature films or photography that explore the physical and spiritual landscapes of the planet; to connect the rhymes and rhythms of the people with the land; and to generate a sense of communal reflection upon humanity’s often tumultuous relationship with its various habitats.

    A small-scale short film festival in Aberystwyth, Wales, Tonnau Short Film Fest's inaugural edition will explore the theme of New Beginnings on 6/7 May.

    New Beginnings may refer to shifts in ecological thinking, new landscapes and connections to place, or more radical and utopian notions of social change. It can also refer to new kinds of narratives and the stories we tell ourselves. We are waiting to be surprised by unexpected ideas and forms.

    After a 3-year long hiatus, the West Virginia Mountaineer Short Film Festival returns to the screen for a two-day event on April 22 & 23, 2022. We’re looking for unique, boundary-pushing works in video, animation, and film. Send us your newest work! Deadline for entries is March 25.
