interlaced.tv is an online platform dedicated to advancing dialogue around analog video practices. It functions as both a curated exhibition space and a dynamic environment for artists, makers, and enthusiasts working at the edges of video art. By embracing resistance and imperfection, interlaced.tv celebrates independent and experimental works that interrogate the materiality and unpredictability of the moving image.
In times of shattering events, language seems to be the first, immediate victim — we collect words like beads, and reject many as inappropriate. What is this distance between words, in which we fall, unable to grasp the turbulent reality? How can the tension between language and expression form new meanings?
Braziers International Film Festival is now accepting submissions for its 9th edition, which will be held at Braziers Park, Oxfordshire, UK in August 2027.
Programmed by a team of artist-filmmakers, the grass-roots festival is a collective celebration of global film-making, showcasing diverse auteur voices and creative cinematic expression across cultures, communities and genres - from narrative fiction, animation and experimental artists’ film to social and ecological documentaries. We welcome work by filmmakers from across the world.

MIRAJ, in partnership with @luxmovingimage, invites abstracts for a conference celebrating the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the London Video Arts' formation.
It is an online exhibition, in its first edition, that seeks to present a cross-section of moving-image production that has an intrinsic relationship with the element of sound, sound understood as a materiality that is also an image, a sonic image.
Works in which sound is not a soundtrack, but rather the materiality that sustains and guides the eye and the gaze, unfolding into an imbricated relationship of sonic and visual image layers.
