The program for the 10th Festival Ecrã (Rio de Janeiro) is now available online and features new films by Júlio Bressane, Jodie Mack, Carlos Adriano, Apichatpong Weerasethakul, Ephraim Asili, Ken Jacobs, Heinz Emigholz, Henry Hills, Mungo Thomson, Vinícius Romero, Amitt Dutta, Charlotte Zhang, Stanley Schtinter, Gabriela Mureb, Raúl Perrone and much more.
This year we have dedicated focuses to the works of Chilean filmmaker Jeannette Muñoz, French filmmaker Pierre Creton and Japanese filmmaker Stom Sogo; also Japanese-Brazilian filmmaker Tetsuya Maruyama and Brazilian filmmaker Raffaella Rosset.
The festival will take place over four weekends and will be followed by an online phase:
