Join us for a cameraless experimental filmmaking workshop at this year's Videoex International Film Festival!

In this hands-on workshop, you'll experiment with 16mm film, using paint, scratches, and working with plants and natural processes to create unique film images, transforming blank and found footage. Together, we’ll craft a collaborative experimental film!

Our host is Juana Robles, an experimental filmmaker and independent programmer based in Kilkenny, Ireland. Her work, often created using analog formats like 16mm and Super 8, explores the body, identity, memory, and resilience through a tactile engagement with the materiality of film in immersive cinema.
