El distribuidor francés Light Cone organiza su cuarto festival Scratch Expanded, coincidiendo con su anual Preview Show (en el que muestran las obras que se han incorporado recientemente a su catálogo). La edición de este año, que tendrá lugar los días 15 al 18 de Septiembre, presta especial atención a los cineastas  Warren Sonbert y Rose Lowder (protagonista de dos sesiones como cineasta y programadora).

Para la impresionante sesión de clausura que se celebra el sábado, Light Cone ha preparado una serie de proyecciones y performances, incluyendo tres programas de obras recientes de su colección, tres performances en 16mm de Peter Miller, dos películas en Super8 de Paul Clipson acompañadas de música en vivo de Dominique Pichon y dos performances en 16mm de Bruce McClure.
