Moinho Cine Fest is an international film festival who pays screening fees and prize money.
The 7th edition will take place in March and/or in April 2025 Matosinhos, Portugal.
You can submit yours short, micro and/or nano film unreleased or premiered from January 2023 (including) through FilmFreeway between June 1 and December 31.

Best Film: 300 EUR + Trophy + Certificate
Best Portuguese Film: 200 EUR + Certificate
Best International Film: 200 EUR + Certificate
Best Short Film: 100 EUR + Certificate
Best Micro Film: 100 EUR + Certificate
Best Nano Film: 100 EUR + Certificate
Best Animation: 50 EUR + Certificate
Best Documentary: 50 EUR + Certificate
Best Experimental Film: 50 EUR + Certificate
Best Fiction: 50 EUR + Certificate

Screening Fees
Moinho Cine Fest pays 0.05 EUR per second without credits to films in competition.
The maximum value of screening fee per film is:
Short Film: 180,00 EUR
Micro Film: 15,00 EUR
Nano Film: 3,00 EUR

Fee Waiver
You can request a fee waiver by sending an e-mail to moinhocinefest@gmail.com informing the film and the reason.
The festival direction reserves the right to decide to accept the request or not.
The submission fee will be deducted from the screening fee if the request is accepted and if the film is selected for the Moinho Cine Fest competition.
