Alternative 2023 is officially open for submissions to the international competition. Alternative Film/Video 2023 will take place from 6-9 December at Students’ City Cultural Center in Belgrade.

Alternative Film Video was founded in 1982 at Academic Film Center in Belgrade as a meeting place for artists to explore the creative possibilities of film and video. It is one of the oldest manifestations of its kind in Europe.
