25 FPS International Experimental Film and Video Festival is happy to announce the call for submissions for the 21st edition. Put your best foot (and films) forward and make sure you submit your radical, experimental and challenging works by May 30th, 2025!

25 FPS Festival has been dedicated to showcasing independent and non-commercial films which dare to innovate the cinematic language, narration and medium itself.

We invite filmmakers, artists, producers and distributors to submit their films until May 30th, 2025. Entry form and Festival Regulations are available at www.25fps.hr. Submission to the 25 FPS Festival is free of charge.

The selection will be published on 15th of July 2025 and presented through 25 FPS Festival main program – International Competition. Our twenty-first Festival edition is set to take place at Kino Kinoteka in Zagreb from September 23rd to 27th.
