CHICAGO SEEN is Chicago Filmmakers' year-round open call for project submissions celebrating the Chicago community. Chicago Filmmakers is a not-for-profit arts organization celebrating 50 years serving the Chicago community.

RULES:
Accepting short film submissions (especially experimental and underground film/video) by:
1.) CHICAGO-BORN OR CHICAGO-BASED filmmakers

OR

2.)Movies SHOT IN CHICAGO

OR

3.) MOVIES ABOUT CHICAGO.

No Fee for Submissions. Submit as soon as possible to be considered for January's showcase - "CHICAGO SEEN VOLUME 17".
