The 6th edition of the FECIMU International Film and Multimedia Festival invites artists and filmmakers to submit their experimental short films and multimedia art works.

FECIMU is a non-profit festival and platform dedicated to the exploration, promotion, and dissemination of short films and multimedia art, with a special focus on emerging creators and innovative artistic practices.

This open call seeks to connect bold audiovisual and multimedia works with new audiences, fostering a space where technology becomes a tool for experimentation, transformation, and creative discovery. FECIMU celebrates artistic practices that challenge conventions and expand the boundaries of contemporary aesthetic experience through the use of new technologies.

Submissions of experimental short films are accepted via FilmFreeway and Festhome.
Proposals for the Multimedia Art Exhibition can be submitted through the festival’s online application form.

The 6th edition of FECIMU will take place online from March 25 to March 29, 2026, through the platform tallerimagen.com.ar/fecimu.
