This call for submissions, hosted by the Museo Universitario de Ciencias y Arte (MUCA) and Lydian Stater, invites visual artists worldwide working with video to reflect on the complex relationship between humans and nature. In accordance with Pulsar, the exhibition that will be presented at the MUCA, we welcome works that delve into the meaning of being alive, exploring ecological interconnections, speculative visions, archival inquiries, or the tangled roots of personal and family histories. Whether capturing the harmony or the tension between humanity and the natural world, we encourage proposals that illuminate the dynamic, often fragile, balance that sustains life.

The selected works will be presented at the Museo Universitario de Ciencias y Arte (MUCA) in Mexico City as part of the exhibition "Pulsar" from April 26 - June 28, 2025. Possible additional screening venues to be confirmed.
