Show your work at one of the busiest intersections in Taiwan’s most up-and-coming city! To celebrate the soft opening of turtle chamber projects’ physical project space in 2025, we are collaborating with the owner of the large LED screen outside our building to present a curated program of time-based works. We welcome submissions of all forms of moving image works, as long as they are suitable for a public audience.
