Permanente.ciclo is a festival of experimental arts that takes place periodically in independent spaces in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The festival promotes the work of local and international artists who explore electronic media and new technologies.

In each edition, a program of experimental short films is screened alongside live-sets and audiovisual installations. This initiative seeks to promote the work of artists who work experimentally with the technique or narrative of their works, inviting filmmakers to share their processes with the public and artists from other disciplines.

Some of the possible artistic directions of the works may be: animation, video-dance, video-performance, video-poetry and other visual experimentations. We also invite you to register projects in advanced stages of development.

With its focus on music, sound art, audiovisual arts and performance, Permanente seeks to build bridges between artists from different disciplines and new audiences.
