Phil Coy (Born 1971) is an artist and filmmaker. His films and photographic series have explored landscapes and their exploitation; the intersection between digital and analogue; architectures and their materials; film archives and the networked image; surveillance and self-surveillance. His work has been exhibited and screened internationally.
