    Pile of Bones celebrates the best of independent underground short film from Canada and beyond! Tired of seeing great films overlooked, the festival began as a way to showcase offbeat and unique productions that weren't getting the exposure they deserve. We are looking for obscure, exceptional films that are underappreciated and uniquely different.

    No bias, no prejudice if you didn't study in the most prestigious art schools, we don't care, we just want to see work that is of an artistic nature and that creates an interesting language of its own. We also except animation and experimental documentaries.
