Video Art Miden collaborates with the Italian videoart platform VisualcontainerTV presenting online the videoart program “Happy days aren’t over“, curated by Gioula and Olga Papadopoulou, from March 12 to April 22, 2025.

A world surreal but simultaneously real, where the absurd becomes normality and dystopia is confronted with the means of imagination and the (sometimes bitter) humour.

The world premiere of Rouzbeh Rashidi’s latest experimental feature film, Dreaming Is Not Sleeping (2025), will take place at the historic Moviemento Kino in Berlin on Sunday, April 20, 2025, at 18:00. Over two years, the filmmaker immersed himself in haunting ruins and abandoned landscapes across Germany, Poland, Denmark, and Ireland to capture the film’s evocative imagery.

LaborBerlin is happy to invite you all to Diffraktion 14, the annual screening of films by members of the collective and friends at City Kino Wedding on the 15th of March starting from 5:00 PM featuring analog film screenings, installations and performances. As always, the selection spans a wide range of formal and thematic approaches, all exploring the unique and ever-expanding qualities of analog film.
