  • Internacional Oiticica: cosmovisiones sobre el trabajo de Hélio Oiticica

    Este evento reúne investigaciones teóricas, artísticas y curatoriales que abordan el legado de Helio Oiticica en sus diferentes etapas.

    Se trata de un proyecto impulsado por la editorial .txt texto de cinema a cargo de Carla Lombardo (Argentina) y  Ж (Brasil) en colectivo con Ángela López Ruiz (Uruguay) enmarcado en el ciclo “Visualidades Expandidas. Versión Preliminar” organizado por el Laboratorio de Cine-FAC

  • Ruskin's Camera Eye: Robert Beavers and Oleg Tcherny in Venice

    altriformati is presenting the screening of Robert Beavers’ Ruskin (1974/1997) in 35mm and Oleg Tcherny’s Flashback Legion (2016) in digital format, as part of the event:

    The screening will be followed by "Adattamenti: film d’arte e la città", a round table with Robert Beavers, Alessandra Lancellotti, Oleg Tcherny, Enrico Camporesi, Martina Frank, Enrico Masi, Flavia Mazzarino.

    Un programa de cortometrajes de cine experimental mexicano musicalizados en vivo por Vórtice Ensamble. Los cineastas que presentarán trabajo son Naomi Uman, Azucena Losana,  Guinduri Arroyo, Elena Pardo, Annalisa Quagliata, Ezekiel Reyes, Andrés García Franco, Bruno Varela y Jorge Lorenzo. Los compositores que realizaon la música original para la función son Agustín Morales Carvalho, Luis Pastor, Marcela Rodríguez, Franco Medina Mora, Lorena Ruiz, Paulina Monteón y Héctor Infanzón.

    Sine Screen: Precarious Landscapes, is a two-part series examining the fragile intersections between humanity, environment, and the landscapes we inhabit.

    The programme draws from experimental film to reimagine cinema’s relationship to our landscapes through a politicised, decolonial experimental lens, questioning what can be observed or what is omitted through the frame of light emitted by cinema. This programme includes work by Thao Nguyen Phan, Nguyễn Trinh Thi, Minjung Kim, Yuyan Wang, Tulapop Saenjaroen, Maria Estela Paiso, Taiki Sakpisit, Boren Chhith, Pom Bunsermvicha and Riar Rizaldi.
