Open call for experimental films that hold joy either in the concept or production process. The film does not need to be about joy, rather - the film may bring about joy through watching, or the process of making the film held joy.
Wide Open Experimental Film Festival (WOEFF) is a festival organized by the Film Department at Oklahoma City University. Inspired by Oklahoma’s wide-open landscape, we showcase experimental films that will open peoples’ eyes to the alternative forms, structures, and styles of film.

This is a master thesis, and an experimental short about two queer transgender people in 1980s East Germany and 2026 NYC. Their stories and timelines are parallel until one day they meet at a mysterious light-house.
For our 16th Edition we will be continue our online event, which will be screened for a four weeks by our online platform: https://www.visualcontainer.tv/ which screens worldwide to maximises our international exposure. We got over ten thousand views last time around, and this time we're aiming for more.

art+film+vienna (a+f+v) is an annual festival dedicated to experimental moving-image practices on and beyond the traditional cinema screen.
