    After last year's big success DELETE TV is again selecting remarkable experimental short films and video art which will be broadcasted on our partner TV-channels in Europe, Australia and U.S.A. Further more, the most eye and mind-bending films will make it to the Delete TV Screenings all over Europe.

    Delete TV investigates the captivating nature of images with the specific aim to look up to new approaches by taking distance from the conventional film making method.

  • MECONIO 2nd edition

    MECONIO (Muestra de Nuevos Cineastas) launches its first open call to any kind of proposals that challenge the language and principles of conventional cinema, regardless of their format, genre or country of origin. We are looking for works that share a passion for the exploration of new ways of making cinema and a desire to question its own boundaries. Meconio is a non-competitive space for new films that aims to give visibility to the selected works through its exhibition. We accept works from authors under 35 from any country.

  • Open Call for 1st annual Oscillation Transia

    OSCILLATION TRANSIA FILM FESTIVAL (OTFF)  celebrating one wild idea: 

    to travel America self sustainably out of the back of a car, sharing innovative films in some of the most inspirational places in the United States.

    Combining the love for nature and outdoor cinema, OTFF will be screening works in national parks and rural areas around the U.S. Films will be exploring themes of movement, nomadic living, adventure and the natural world.

    We are seeking narrative short films that touch on subjects of broken innocence / shattering of the adolescent bubble. Bad Dreams. Bad Ideas. Poor Execution. Themes of the paranormal welcome, given the season!

  • H.E.F.F. 2017 Submissions Open

    As the only experimental film festival in New England, H.E.F.F. proudly returns to Haverhill, Massachusetts for a fifth consecutive year. We welcome the abstract, the riveting, the beautiful, the rugged, the emotional, the bold, the raw. We welcome films that tear through tradition and break boundaries with finesse. Most of all, we welcome your idea of experimental.

    H.E.F.F. #5 will be a three day experimental film extravaganza taking place the weekend of June 16-18, 2017. For the 2017 festival, H.E.F.F. will be projecting 40-50 films and videos.

    Founded by filmmaker Bruce Baillie in 1961, San Francisco Cinematheque is the Bay Area’s premier venue for avant-garde/experimentalunderground and personally expressive film and video work. In our steadfast dedication to exhibiting works of aesthetically radical cinema from all historical eras and geo-political locales, San Francisco Cinematheque celebrates the breadth and depth of this vibrant art form in all its myriad expressivities.

    Cinematheque seeks submissions of recent films and videos for CROSSROADS 2017, the eighth manifestation of our annual film festival to be held  May 19–21, 2017 at San Francisco’s Victoria TheatreCROSSROADS 2017 will showcase new film/video works by emerging and established filmmakers, including performance and works of “live cinema.” Cinematheque seeks submissions of compelling non-commercial, artist-made work of all genres and durations.

  • Open Call 'End(less)' Contemporary video art festival

    Second edition of a contemporary video art festival with an international selection of video artists and film makers showing their vision on the theme of 'End(less)', translated to infinity, life & death, circle of life, transformation, etc. The video's will be screened in a mystical underground space, part of Museum Romeinse Katakomben (MRK) in Valkenburg, the Netherlands. 

    Museum Romeinse Katakomben is a historical Roman museum. Wandering through the underground passages you will discover the ancient Rome of the second and third century. You descend to the graves of ordinary Roman citizens and to the beautiful tombs of prominent Romans. The video festival is part of the contemporary program of this museum.
