We are excited to announce the second edition of Transient Visions: Festival of the Moving Image, which will take place on October 17 & 18, 2014 at Spool Mfg., an artist-run alternative space in Johnson City, NY. We now look for submissions of short films and videos (less than 20 min.) from emerging and established artists/filmmakers across the globe.

The entry deadline is August 24, 2014 (via online submission) and there is a US$10 entry fee (via PayPal). This year, we are asking you to send us a link to your online video. Here is a link to the submission guidelines: http://www.transientvisions.org/submission-guidelines.html
