The Sunspot Cinema Collective, a club of film students and faculty in Orlando, Florida, is hosting a virtual film festival beginning this Sunday, March 7th centered on the theme doublethink. Seventeen films made by current and former UCF Film B.F.A. and B.A. students, along with domestic and international experimental filmmakers, will be made available on sunspotcinema.com. These films will only be available to view for one week from Sunday, March 7th-Sunday, March 14th.
On Saturday, March 13th, the collective will conclude the virtual film festival with a zoom watch-a-long and Q+A session with the filmmakers. The watch-a-long and introduction to the program begins at 5:30 EST. The Q+A session begins at 7:00 EST following a screening of the program.
