Eric Theise will open with a solo set of manipulated, projected, OpenStreetMap-based maps, followed by sets from this remarkable collection of improvisers–
Fred Lonberg-Holm: improviser/composer now living in the Bay Area whose list of collaborators includes Peter Brötzmann, Axel Dörner, Michael Zerang, and Joe McPhee.
A new (one-time?) quintet consisting of:
・multimedia artist and musician Tasya Abbot
・Avant-Jazz vocalist extraordinaire Lorin Benedict
・electronic music composer Nathan Corder
・Emily Pothast and David Golightly of the ambient synth duo Hair and Space Museum
–and close with a final set of cartographic improvisations with duos, trios, and other combinations of the gathered performers.
