In connection with our crowdfunding campaign, we are showcasing a number of activities to remind you what Fracto Experimental Film Encounter is about and how much it means to us.

FRACTO Experimental Film Encounter announces its sixth edition and invites audiences to immerse themselves in 3 days of film screenings, talks and performances, taking place between the 27th and the 29th of May 2022 at Kunsthaus ACUD, in Berlin Mitte. 

This year, FRACTO will present forty-one films curated into six programs, along with two film performances and a workshop.

The special programme “Expanded Painlevé”, conceived with guest curator Federico Rossin, combines the films of Jean Painlevé, surrealist poet of wildlife, with those by filmmakers from the American and European avant-garde who have pursued different modes of openness to the animal world.
