A discussion between Artist Shaghayegh Cyrous and Curator Abby Chen, (Head of Contemporary Art & Senior Associate Curator at the Asian Art Museum San Francisco) about her most recent project "Breathe the Sun" at Telematic Media Arts.

Hard Reset is a performance project, sculpture, and video installation by artist Jill Miller, which employs the humiliations and ritualized punishments of sado-masochism as instruments of justice in the face of the environmental crisis, playfully asking: Is it possible to make the people who profit from technological systems answerable for the environmental destruction they cause through the erotic disciplining of the body?

Danielle Siembieda employs emerging technologies as a new media artist to explore the sublime entanglement of humankind, nature, and technology, as revealed specifically by the climate crisis and recent radical innovations in science. Her work is a form of cyborg-eco-feminist, science-fiction, rooted in real discoveries, that works to articulate new hybrid forms of living and being at these liminal borders.
