We meet again on the third Wednesday of the month for another 20/20 Vision screening, with three works from our collection, each produced around the year 2000. During this complex, vibrant moment at the turn of the century, The Otolith Group, Julia Meltzer & David Throne and the fictional collective Vidéoconférence explore formats of speculative storytelling. By doing so, they question who holds the monopoly on our collective imagination. What becomes of "truth" when images, archives, and memory are all susceptible to manipulation.
