Citric Signals is now accepting submissions for their quarterly, prompt-based open calls. Selected submissions will be screened virtually this Fall.

Deadline: July 16, 2021 @ 11:59 PM. Send us any experimental films you have (new or old) responding to the prompt “micro”. Only one submission per artist and works must be 5 minutes or less. Other than that we’re open to all weird, wild, and avant-garde work you want to send our way!

The 2021 Film and Video Poetry Symposium Call for Entries

Submissions are now open for The 2021 Film And Video Poetry Symposium.

Poets, writers, filmmakers, media artists, and digital artists are called to submit their work to the 4th Annual Film and Video Poetry Symposium.

The film festival and symposium will celebrate and screen a large scope of film and video projects developed primarily through the medium of poetry. FVPS will host a media gallery, a series of panels, guest speakers, and public dialogues regarding film and video poetry over the course of the symposium.

The 3rd Annual Film and Video Poetry Symposium is scheduled for Fall 2020. Call for entries are now open!

Poets, filmmakers, media artists, and video artists are called to submit their work to the 3rd Annual Film and Video Poetry Symposium. This festival and symposium will screen a large scope of film and video projects developed through the medium of poetry. The symposium programmers also curate and present a gallery exhibit in conjunction with the film screenings.
