This year we bring you the 9th edition of the 16mm Film Festival, a festival dedicated to photochemistry. We accept all photo chemical and handmade works. Now open for submissions, we look for unique artistic and personal explorations, films from a diverse range of contexts. These are all showcased at our festival in Mumbai.

Submissions for the 9th edition of FRACTO Experimental Film Encounter are now open!
FRACTO will take place in Berlin at the end of May 2026. We invite artists and filmmakers from all backgrounds to share their recent film works with us.
Submission Guidelines: – Each filmmaker may submit up to two works – We accept short and mid-length films ( approx. 40 minutes) and performance-based expanded cinema proposals – Eligible works must be completed after January 1, 2024 – The submission deadline is March 1, 2026
