The program for the 10th Festival Ecrã (Rio de Janeiro) is now available online and features new films by Júlio Bressane, Jodie Mack, Carlos Adriano, Apichatpong Weerasethakul, Ephraim Asili, Ken Jacobs, Heinz Emigholz, Henry Hills, Mungo Thomson, Vinícius Romero, Amitt Dutta, Charlotte Zhang, Stanley Schtinter, Gabriela Mureb, Raúl Perrone and much more.

Adriatikino returns 22–24 May to Fermo, Italy, with a second edition devoted to analog cinema in all its forms: found footage and archive, experimental and narrative, animation and film collage. The selection brings together long-standing practitioners and emerging voices from across the world, with a strong presence of Italian filmmakers alongside an international program.

The 2026 edition of the Courtisane Festival returns to Ghent from 1–5 April, bringing together filmmakers and artists working at the intersection of experimental cinema, political reflection and audiovisual research. The festival continues its long-standing commitment to cinema as a space of inquiry—where historical works and contemporary practices meet in carefully curated thematic programs.

DOBRA – International Festival of Experimental Cinema emerged ten years ago as a gathering of friends who shared their passion for experimental film. Throughout its trajectory, the festival has established itself as a vibrant space in Brazil, presenting screenings, performances, debates, workshops, and other initiatives that push the boundaries of cinema.
