On the occasion of the entry into the catalogue of ten new films by Camille Simon Baudry, the Collectif Jeune Cinéma is offering a retrospective of five recent films by the filmmaker.

The program will feature:

• 14 films by Frances Arpaia, Mars Verrone, Yusuf Demirörs, Cedar O'Dowd, Claire Maske & Tati Chavitage, Saru Miras & Ceci Romero, Camille Simon Baudry, Grace Zhang, Ellery Bryan, Yaz Josiah, Gina Kamentsky, Ley Comas, Sadhini Weerasekera and Kasra Jalilipour

• An essay by co-programmer and filmmaker Mariales Diaz Batista.

An integral part of the Bay Area avant-garde film scene since the 1970s, Dominic Angerame has directed more than 35 films (and counting) over the course of his career, and has also taught at the San Francisco Art Institute, University of California, Berkeley, New College of San Francisco, Osher Life Long Learning Center, and the University of Nevada at Reno, as well as the Academy of Art University. From 1980-2012, he was the Executive Director of Canyon Cinema, where he played an invaluable role in helping to distribute, promote, and preserve experimental cinema.
