This exhibition titled “A few things I want to share with you, my Paris friends” is a diverse mixture of video, film, audio, still image works and rare documentation from Mekas’ life. The exhibition largely includes new and unseen works by Mekas spanning the last five years. Click on the link for full details.
Jonas Mekas will be there at the opening and on May 30th to sign the new DVD releases of "Walden". Co-edited by Re:Voir and Microcinema , with funding from the CNAP. The official release of the PAL DVDs is June 15th. NSTC DVDs of 'Walden' are already available through Microcinema.
