Latitudes es un ciclo de cine experimental que surge como una iniciativa autogestiva y sin fines de lucro, dedicado a visibilizar el trabajo de colectivos independientes que desarrollan prácticas experimentales en América Latina.
A través de tres sesiones temáticas y una performance final de cine expandido, el programa ofrece un recorrido por la producción experimental contemporánea, enfatizando el trabajo con materialidad fílmica y formatos analógicos.

On Saturday, June 7 in Chicago, Bruce McClure will be performing a new piece entitled "Two Projectors & A Barrel Full of Monkeys," utilizing two 16mm projectors, bi-packed film loops, and an array of guitar effects pedals. Opening up the evening is Cameron Worden with his 35mm slide projector performance "UNTIME (Techno)" in collaboration with Omnia Sol.

El festival de este año coincide con el 60.º aniversario del formato Super 8, un medio que ha influido significativamente en el cine experimental.
