This is a opportunity for filmmakers in the Los Angeles area to get free publicity for crowdfunding campaigns and crew searches for short films.It's called The Adopt A Short Project and it is all about rejuvenating cinema by helping L.A. based filmmakers, film lovers and crew members find each other so they can bring innovative short films to life.

Submissions for the 9th edition of FRACTO Experimental Film Encounter are now open!
FRACTO will take place in Berlin at the end of May 2026. We invite artists and filmmakers from all backgrounds to share their recent film works with us.
Submission Guidelines: – Each filmmaker may submit up to two works – We accept short and mid-length films ( approx. 40 minutes) and performance-based expanded cinema proposals – Eligible works must be completed after January 1, 2024 – The submission deadline is March 1, 2026
