  • Jennifer Reeves: When It Was Blue - Selected Works 1992-2022

“No doubt the fragile stuff of film, made newly strange in an age of immaterial electronic images, encourages the contemplation of change and chance, birth and death; such notions are registered through utterly physical means by Reeves in the fractal cracks of distressed pigment that adorn some of her hand-edited frames, or the tidal flows of thick, opalescent paint, sometimes dotted with stellar bubbles of captured air, that wash across other moments.”

  • Vivian Ostrovsky - Plunge

DVD gathering 16 films by Vivian Ostrovsky made between 1982 and 2014.

"An intimate – yet humorous – act of cultural resistance, the cinema of Vivian Ostrovsky is a gesture, implying the filmmaker’s entire body – as she travels around the world, carrying the gear, framing with a camera-eye. She digs in archival footage for an immense repertory of cinematic gestures performed by others – and playfully edits them with her own Super-8 shots. Multi-culturalism and polyglotism are woven into this poetics of displacement."

  • Suzan Pitt - Animated Films

    Suzan Pitt - Animated Films

Suzan Pitt’s work is like a dream. Things exist out of proportion, shapes shift, characters emerge and then disappear. But like any dream, they also exist with a backbone of reality, and in every way celebrate the things that make life such a mixed bag of joy and sorrow. They are amazing works of art, and for any fan of animation or unique cinematic experiences, they are not to be missed. -Steven Snyder - TimeOut

Boris Lehman - Histoire de ma vie racontée par mes photographies

Taking photos and making films are two ways of touching people. People have become the main subject of my collections. Collecting is much like an act of faith. It is a creative act, a chance to discover oneself, while at the same time participating in other's passions.

My photographs -and my films- seek out human contact, and they find it.
